Ballindalloch 1976/2012 36yo School of Malts Lesson 2 by Dave Broom 70cl 55.2% vol. Sherry Hogshead # 1443
    Wisk E

Is this outstanding safety? Ballindalloch of the distillery!
Do you expect an understated color for age?
    Attach, some camphor? Asian cafe?
    As expected, smooth.
The sweetness of charred bread, like sherry in oolong tea, has a subtle flavor.
There is no body of betri for the age of maturity, and the whole picture is beautiful.
In Finish, although there is no gambling property, the dark pine juice that Apricot Tofu, which can be brilliantly brought to the nose, brings the yokan to the pool.
Sometimes, a work that can change the mood like this is also good.

[First] Slightly dark cocoon Oily leather Apricot comes out after pouring, but disappears relatively early after that Nuts (++) Almond (+) Peanuts (oily part is dominant)

[Middle] The body is layered. The element derived from the shelly barrel is lightly covered on the dry wheat feeling, and if it is said to be swallowed early after pouring bitter chocolate, the orange element is also (the fusion of chocolate and apricots) )

[Finish] Priority to return, the alcohol does not feel as much as spicy image that cuts up with pepper Chili black pepper The aftermath is nuts and almonds
