Whisky Reviews for Benrinnes 1995 SlB

- Beautiful soft, fruity and slightly sweet nose on orange, pineapple, honey, almond (marzipan), cereals (muesli) and grass. Also the taste gives fruit (citrus, pear), but also vanilla, a bit of wood and herbs through it. Applesienen and cherries on a bed, or say bed) of herbs. (Not suitable for Sir garlic hahaha) Very long fruity aftertaste ,. All in all a delicious whisky, these Benrinnes.
- Fruity nose (golden apple and mandarin) quite pleasant.
Entry into the mouth very watery, I do not have the impression of having to deal with a crude cask.
Super sweet mouth, it looks like citrus syrup (yes, there is also an acid point).
Final short, we finally feel a little alcohol.
Is it a whisky typically for Dutch taste? Not mine at least. Too much on the sweet, too monolithic, not enough "couillu".
