Starts with furniture polish, spruce needle oil and musty old books. A light dried fruit note joins it. There is some apple cider vinegar in the background.
With a little time in the glass, the wood becomes drier and dustier. Has something like sawdust. With hazelnut, dark chocolate and wood glue. The light fruity note now goes slightly in the fermented direction. There is also a bitter soap note.
Even longer in the glass, the colleague changes significantly. Creamy caramel and vanilla. Gets nice and oily. Plus lovage.
Soft but metallic appearance. Sour pear, a hint of caramel and vanilla. Some chili oil. Sweet honey sets the counter point. Herbs and a bitter mix of spices. Bitter almonds and dark chocolate. Sour cherries and again the dry wood.
Medium length. First dry and a little bitter. Then sugared raisins and nice and creamy. Great interplay.
