A smashing battle between rich, spicy european oak and mature, sweet sherry fruits. Plums, figs, grapes and overripe strawberries. Old leather, caramel. Very, very complex and therefore modest alcohol. You could sniff for an hour and still find new flavours...

The alcohol is getting more dominant, but still has to wait in line behind the rich oak, which is getting a little bitter now, but not too bitter. No sweetness left at all. Dark chocolate, cacao beans, espresso.

Wonderfully long and dry finish.
