Surprisingly complex. First I have fresh citrus notes and green apples. On the other hand, there is fresh malt immediately, which over time is pushed aside more and more by the fruits. Gradually, the impression also becomes significantly sweeter and the green apples are then more reminiscent of ripe red apples. If you wait long enough, spicier notes and some leather come through.
Just as fresh and sparkling as on the nose, with a slight tingling sensation on the tip of the tongue. Citrus fruits also dominate here at first, whereby slightly tart blood orange spontaneously comes to mind. On the second try, it seems a bit more settled and the sherry comes out a bit more clearly. Then I find the ripe apples again, as well as other ripe and berry fruits. Overall, the mouthfeel is very round and pleasing.
medium length The sweetness decreases a bit and lets some spice from the sherry casks through towards the end.
