Aroma: wine and bread tones, then, the first thing that comes to mind is “old age” !: old dusty books, antique lacquered furniture, withered foliage; then sweetness: brown cane sugar, burnt caramel, flavored pipe tobacco, cocoa with milk, roasted malt, roasted walnuts, orange peel, some oak tartness and sourness, wet boards. Very diverse and good.
Taste: attack of spices: mainly cinnamon, cloves, a bit of white pepper, burnt caramel, sweetness, cocoa, candied orange peel, grapefruit bitterness, dried fruit compote.
Finish: basically the continuation of taste - the same spices, and noble pleasant bitterness, oak tannins. Finish, though not short, but very lightweight.
The result: a very good molt, from aroma to finish, calm, measured and quite complex. I didn’t have enough degrees in it, quite a bit! Well, he would have at least 43, maybe the taste and finish would have been brighter ... But I want to buy it again, and this is the most important thing!
