Whisky Reviews for Glenallachie 1989 JW

- A great mole is a raisin abundance of taste and a nice soft finish, unfortunately, a fragrance that does not reach them, but, nevertheless, the thing is excellent.
Raw and cool - wet stones, unleavened sweet cake, berry jam, creamy notes, new skin, raisins, fruit compote, lemon peels. In general, the aroma is rather closed.
Raisin wave, just tsunami of different kinds and varieties of raisins with piercing splashes and oak bitterness piercing through it in the background is superb, dense, powerful.
Continuation of taste - raisin flooding gradually decreases, revealing a gentle peppery background with chocolate islands, apple jam, light sour fruit compote, nuts (roasted hazelnuts, cashews), quite long.
