Roasted Almond Chocolate Brownie Chocolate Flakes Smoked Straw Oxidol Disinfectant-Still Hard? Malt incense is certainly a peaty charred oak baked apple maple syrup with a light fruity sherry woody
PX finish but the contents are almost dyed in barrel.
Chocolate is preferred for chocolate with café mocha brandy American cherry pie Corn puff impregnated with chocolate The PX barrel applied to the base of wheat is apparently changed to a chocolate-based scorched taste rather than a fruit-based one due to the influence of peat. Chocolate is more bitter taste Sesame Black Pepper American coffee Cola candy 49.9% Change to dry accordingly
Bitter sherry woody bittersweet but very sweet
Highness General Billy Walker I wanted to drink in a 28y barrel directly in a peted format and without PX

The aroma is sweet, dense: smoke (sweet as from oriental incense), peat, a lot of dried fruits (raisins, prunes), chocolate, dry old tree. With a drop of water, the smoke goes to the background, fruit sweetness appears with sourness, humus, sweet and sour jam, candies, foliage. The taste is sweet: first a spicy pepper, a powerful sweet wave (chocolate, toffee, lollipops, dried fruits), sherry, then nuts with bitterness, astringent oak with a haze at the end. Slightly harsh, although the fortress is not so great. With water less sharp, sweeter, even. Aftertaste : dying rum sweetness, dried fruits, bitter, sweet smoke, slightly astringent oak. Conclusion . Candied sherry smoke. Well, I do not know ... It seems everything is bright, dense, sherry, but somehow it does not add up ... Then the sherry bulges, to the smoke. It would be better if both of them are smaller. But I'm picking it up. A drop of water changes the picture. "Opposing parties" begins to behave more delicately, there is a roundness and balance. In general, it's good. I do not think that the whole term of alcohol was in sherry. Surely, finish. Rating 87 (n23t22f21b21).

Very good ... would have been excellent with a longer and more complex finish.
    • Nose
Very sherry, lots of raisins, some dark chocolate, peat, vanilla, mint and coriander.

With water: becomes a little "vinous"
    • Taste
First sherry dominates, we have chocolate, dried fruits (mostly nuts), grapes, some red fruits, delicate swirls of peat smoke, some spices and herbs.

With water: the peat comes out more.
    • Finish
Short (too much), bitter and mineral.

    Colour: Deep rich amber.

Nose: An instant explosion of warm, honeyed peat smoke. Touches of mint emerge through rich dates and chocolate-coated raisins.

Taste: A perfect sherry sweetness combining vanilla, chocolate and rum-soaked raisins, all smoked by the sweetest campfire peat reek.
