- N- Clove, honey and fig, along juicy peaches and vanilla and fresh cut lawn.
T- Balanced, mince spices. Oily charred wood and coffee.
F- Short-medium, touch of peels' bitterness with spicy heat.

Yellow peach, overripe kiwi, toasted wood and hint of nutmeg.
Fat in attack but quickly lean and watery. Toasted wood, honey.

Nose: The sherry
cask maturation is felt right from the start with a richly intense nose,
brimming with spice and fruity aromas. Cracking!
spices develop on the palate, gaining a peppery quality. Fruit cake sits in the
background, bursting with raisins and figs.
