  2. Hemdl scored this whisky 83 points Connoisseur

Ordinary Speysider with strong Pfeffernote. Neither exceptionally good nor bad. If you are looking for light, floral and grassy notes with a bit of "spice" and generally like the Speysider, you can definitely try it here.
    • Nose
Grassy notes, light oak flavors, some vanilla and sweet malt. Slight alcohol note. With a little more time in the glass, the malt is spicier.
    • Taste
Strong and sharp pepper on the tongue, clear citrus notes. Sweet honey combined with some spice. Overall very entertaining.
    • Finish
Medium-long, dry finish. Citrus fruits, light sweetness and some oak. Unspectacular.

  3. Maltmaniac72 scored this whisky 85 points Expert Senior

Very fresh in the aroma with a dry sweetness, grassy in the shell with creamy caramel, vanilla, spicy honey and wonderfully fruity (mango, apple schnitzel, citrus). In addition fine oak wood, creamy buttery and green tea. Dry sweet on the palate, spicy kräutrig and in the middle part peppery spicy. Vanilla, caramel / toffee and acacia honey, unfortunately not quite as strong as the nose would have hoped. On the finish medium-long, dry sweet, but little lingering. Average malt that easily disappears.
