Whisky Reviews for Glen Elgin 1995 ANHA

3 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 85.75 points

  1. Tom na Gruagaich scored this whisky 85 points Connoisseur

Very balanced pleasant whisky with nice Speyside flavors accompanied by a nice sweetness, which is probably due to the cognac barrel

  2. lachaineduwhisky did not rate this whisky Expert Senior

Very European oak in the mind with a lot of clove. Huh? Boubon + Cognac? Oh yes, notice, there is also vanilla behind. Citrus? Malt then. In the mouth, strong spices. Too much, even. Dry final. With water, generous pear on the nose. Mouth more fruity too but a lack of harmony. Aggressive, even, even in the final. For cognac, we will iron. Disappointed. Enthusiasm 2/5

  3. Jean-Brice scored this whisky 84 points Expert Senior
