Spicy, red wine, grapes, this is what I call savory sherried whisky. Some sawdust and light vanilla. On the smell it looks like a finish in a sherry barrel. Light salty. With 3ml of water, all odors come out even better.
Bittersweet orange, of course the sherry tones and the thing that I describe as 'savory'. It continues to develop many more sweet tones. With water, the bitter-sweet becomes softer in the beginning, the rest remain almost the same
Soft and smooth.
Medium: a bit of a setback the finish. Light sherried tastes but not so much. With water more red fruits and a bitterness come forward.
