Whisky Reviews for Braes of Glenlivet 1994 MC
2 users have left a review for this whisky and scored it an average of 88.08 points
- Good, but not outstanding. The nose is promising, but it stays a bit pale on the tongue and lacks character.
Sweet and floral at the beginning, with fatty honey, ginger bread and some mango chutney. Pepper and salt, freshly beaten wood, the juice of green leaves.
Press hard on the tongue. Warming and slightly oily, with nut notes, lemon juice and oranges. A little caramel, a little vanilla. Seasoning of rosemary and thyme, it gets tattered in the back.
Medium-long and slightly dry, barley flavors, honey bread and orange juice.
