This could be a great whisky if it wouldn't have this artificial element. Still pleasant. 22 P.
The nose is quite powerful, especially given the age of this whisky. Yet on the other side, it still has a whopping 56.9% ABV that helps here. It has a pleasant smell of wood: sandal wood and antique furniture. Next: honey, biscuit, stewed peach, sweet orange, fresh mint and cinnamon pastry. Simply delicious. 23 P.
Full-bodied, very rounded and sweet. Intense and thick honey, vanilla custard, sandal wood, yet a strange perfumed (almost plastic) note. Too bad, as this tastes articicial. To the end, there is cinnamon stick (intense and a tad dry). 20 P.
The artificial taste remains, but gets more flower-driven (rose water) to the end. Further, there is peach, soft spices and sandal wood. 21 P.
