lingering cured meat aroma.
Palate: Black cracked pepper initially with vanilla, orange zest and cinnamon
flavours. A underlying smokiness lingers.
Nose: Sweet vanilla with toasted malt and a herbal edge. Tropical fruit aromas
Palate: Sweeter with a subtle spiciness. Stewed plums and apples with a subtle
cigar ash edge.
Finish: Long, sweet and smoky.
Cask Type(s): Finished in Madeira casks.
Whisky Style: Robust and complex Islay malt - with sweet wine influences.
