The strongest ingredient in this whisky is taste. This is some kind of orgasmic taste - especially puffy!

    • Nose
A mountain of wet paper, classic sherry whisky tones, chocolate, marzipan, coconut, vanilla
    • Taste
Watery at first, then bright and sweet-creamy, ginger-spicy, vanilla, rosin, very bright and rich
    • Finish
Sherry woody, knits all over the mouth, characteristic grape sourness

Aroma: Intense, sweet. Dried fruits, dark berries (blackberries, blueberries), tobacco theme, peaches, dusty shelf.
We stood there and breathed .... A slight hint of minerality, fruit syrup, berry marmalade, some spicy spices.
Taste: Powerful, bright, knits. Rich compote, strong tea, black chokeberry, curd cake, dark chocolate, ginger, spices. Light minerality, barrel, obtrusive bitterness.
Finish: Long lasting. Spicy spices, ginger, dark chocolate, barrel.
Conclusion: A wide gustatory spectrum, a rich palette of flavors, an excellent balance, not whisky, but a song, but not everything is so smooth. Taste and finish seemed a little bit overdone, perhaps that's why, instead of noble bitterness, it turned out to be obtrusive.
PS. Despite the powerful sherry blow during aging, the aroma is light enough. Super!

    Expectedly good Oloroso profile.
    • Nose
      89 89
Sweet, slightly tart, thick, with hints of leather, oak and varnish, but full of sweet plums and raisins.
    • Taste
      87 87
On the palate, the concentration is reduced, a watery but recognizable profile. Sweet, with a hint of tobacco leaf and leather.
    • Finish
      85 85
The aftertaste is the same, short-lived.

Long, warm, tannins, a tad bitter
