N: This ones got a bit of sulfur, but not bad, a bit rubbery, tires, minerals, slate, berry compote, mint, leather, anise a bit of beef stock perhaps. It could be umami, or just the sulfur playing tricks.
P: Good mouthfeel, flinty, crushed rocks, berry compote, molasses, figs, plum, barrel char, leather
F: Matches, carbon, figs, prune, orange zest, candied ginger, chili paste, dryness, long.
Notes: Definitely a bit of sulfur on this one, but it’s not aggressive. Quite hot again but a little water tones down the heat and spice - no wait, water ramps up the sulfur as well! It’s still interesting despite the sulfur notes.
Edit: I have to knock another point off. Sulfur notes kept ramping up as I drank it.
