Nose: Grass, lime, unripe fruit. Some honey. It's all very fragrant and difficult to describe.
Body: Medium weight.
Taste: Unripe banana, grapes and apple. Grassy. Sweet and dry imparted by the oak. Salt.
Finish: Long and salty.
Verdict: Interesting malt, a bit of water makes it more enjoyable and revealing. Drinking it neat (or just a tiny drop of water) makes for a more fun experience and exploration. I like the unusualness of it.
