With a little more balance on the palate, this would've scored 90 points in my book. But even still this is an excellent Littlemill.
    • Nose
Fruity and sweet with orange flavoured candy, lemon zest and soft melon aromas. Some vanilla and almonds. In the background a hint of wet cardboard, which I find to be signature Littlemill.
    • Taste
Citrus fruits galore, with pink grapefruit at the forefront, followed by bitter lemon. There's also some  vanilla and (green) tea in there, as well as a hint of chili pepper and cinnamon.
    • Finish
Mellow spices, grapefruit and melon. Good length.

Ripe peach, different citrus (lemon, orange) ... herbal notes ... lacquer ... vanilla ... roasted peanuts ... baked banana in caramel ... spices (23)
    • Taste
Fruits, oranges and vanilla, spices and tree ... (23)
    • Finish
      Finish spicy-citrus ... a drop of varnish ... a tree ... a burning pepper (22)

Very nice very lovely. A good lowlander.
    • Nose
All kinds of fruit: Citrus, grapefruit, peaches, orange, but also vanilla, cream porridge, grainy, sweet caramel, complex.
    • Taste
Fruity again, peach, grapes, oranges, grains, peppery, and cream vanilla, toffee sweet.
    • Finish
Long for me, toffee again, grapes, oranges, figs, vanilla and lime tones.

  8. Bishlouk scored this whisky 89 points Connoisseur

Very typical, very well balanced. A very good Littlemill, but a little lacking, in my opinion, of surprise.
    • Nose
once is not custom, I recognize Littlemill directly. Small spring flowers, sap, plant stem and yellow fruit galore. A herbaceous dryness, too; and even swirls of white alcohol.
    • Taste
First a beautiful fruity is announced. Peach, apricot, mango. Yellow fruit coulis. A strand of rhubarb in the back. A discreet herbaceous. A pinch of spices, non-invasive, in the background.
    • Finish
The spices disappear, the dry plant puts forward, while the fruit is dying.
