After solid Bunna, perhaps a bit unfair, you would think. But no, it works fine .. Smells great, anyway. Bacon and caramel. Super-Tuscans, wines are called as the Fontallero. A little googling yields bottles of wine for more than 40 euros each. Characteristics are black fruit, tobacco and herbs, say the oenologists. The scent is indeed spicy and sweet tobacco is clear, as if grandpa has stopped a caramel pipe. The taste is milder than the 55% predicts, soft and certainly not very sweet. Good, very varied, subtle vanilla notes, coffee, caramel, roasted sugar peanuts, grass and herbs, very complete and varied.

  7. Calmar scored this whisky 85 points Connoisseur

Nothing particularly outstanding, but in general a very pleasant and one-piece product for wine lovers, non-spirituous, spicy, for its price quite well.
    • Nose
Light, restrained, sweet wine notes, raisins, dried fruits, fairly straightforward and simple.
    • Taste
Continuation of the fragrance with the addition of compote sweets, oak bitterness and red pepper.
    • Finish
The dying bitterness of the oak bark on a sweetish-oily background, a little lemon pepper, ginger, orange skins, wine tones - bitterness, sweetness and sourness fade into a harmonious, long enough finale.

  8. Marko_I did not rate this whisky Connoisseur

Blind, I would consider the Edradour (which is a compliment to me). Beautiful earthy-leathery, and fruity. Any berries ... and beautiful woody finish. Licorice?
