Quality casks and a pretty ok spirit still makes good whisky but it doesn't have a lot of character that stands out. Wondering what bottle ageing will do to this. Opening a bottle in 10 years would be very interesting.
Barley, citrus, plums, dates, oak and very dark chocolate. Alcohol and lot's of it. Be careful! With water it is much more friendly and integrated. More on red fruits and citrus aspects.
Be careful this needs some water, boy is this strong. Sweet sugary barley, some red fruits and again the dark chocolate. Bit of citrus in there, more red fruits after adding water.
Pretty long actually, rather surprised by that. Not a lot of distinct flavours though.
