First Nose: So rich but smooth ! Banana, relaxing balm, frangipane, toasted slice of brioche. Wood and fabrics of Indonesian puppets. Watermelon. Crème brûlée and toffee. Overripe mango with a hint of viennoiserie. The wood that comes back with the zither of North Africa that my grandparents own. Milk of almond then coco milk. Nougatine and orange zest. Green plants stems, Tomatoes basil. Tapenade and rosemary to finish on a salty touch.
First mouth: Peppery, coconut milk again. Raspberry yogurt. Grapefruit for a touch of bitterness. Laurel and liquorice. Precious wood in the background. Croissant with Isigny butter. Soft bread. Black Dragibus, strawberry Tagada (I become a child again). Crème pâtissière (Tart Tropézienne) and fresh fruits (Melon, kiwi). Green tea and zest of lemon/orange. Fruits again with smashed green apples. Salty tastes now with smoked salmon and dill with light notes of gingerbread. Banana leaf, dried herbs, medicinal plants with a touch of bitterness.
The mouth follows the same logic as the nose! Impressive, magnificent!

Second nose: Bread dough. Old dusty parquet floor. Hint of yeast. Soft cheese (emmenthal and light reblochon, I mean light taste ;)) with figs jam. Cereal bread with sesame topping. Notes of vinegar. Finely oaky. Fortune Cookies (pretty sure that there is a good news inside) and plums cooked in a crumble with cinnamon. Toffee.
Second mouth (the level of the glass decreased dramtically): Yellow pepper, not ripe apricots. Creamy barley.
And finally, after longer aeration.
Nose: apple sauce and vanilla. Melted Plastic. Heather. Rice cake with honey bee. Notes of white fruits and plants.
Mouth (the final drop): Burnt rubber. Pin tree sap. Fresh cream.
