Nose: Pure: intense light fruit, sweet and fresh, lime,
Bitterlemon, also fresh peppermint, like a Caipirinha concentrate. Later
a bit spicy, malty, also slightly floral.
With some water: even fresher, sparkling, but not necessarily better.
Taste: Pure: slightly spicy, dry lime, extremely saliva-stimulating.
Then also sweet after. Gets more and more enjoyable from sip to sip
Drift into the sweet.
With water: much gentler, now intense honey, spicy, also some oak,
but not dominant.
Finish: medium long, becoming drier, less oak. Enjoyable
Comment: fresh and dry, with water the nose weakens something that
Taste gets better even better. Dodgy. Overall great aperitif whisky,
Summer sun sunshine
