Blind tasting: After pouring, an oily streak immediately formed on the glass wall from which many drops dissolve and run back into the glass relatively quickly. Even from afar, the fruity aromas are perceptible, green apple and citrus fragrant to the bet. Full-bodied orange aroma mixes with ripe apricots and peaches, sweetness plays with the fruits. Milk chocolate flows over Nusssplitter, a little cocoa powder flying dusty on the chocolate, a hint of cinnamon and vanilla gives the sweet mixture a spicy character. Woody and malt follow, then makes the estimated alcohol content of about 48-50% in the nose noticeable. Slightly grassy and floral notes, apples and cinnamon exude their intense aroma. Slowly my salivation is stimulated ...

Spicy and slightly tart wood tones dominate the first sip, while dark dried fruits mix with cinnamon, cocoa and other tasty spices in the next moment. Chubby heat and rising sharpness arise, a slight tingling lies between the gums and the inside of the lips. The tart and spicy notes of wood now dominate the taste, a touch of old furniture polish arises, a pinch of pepper burns easily in the complete palate. Old walnuts follow the slightly licorice-rich wood mixture, earthy and a little dirty, the taste goes into the aftertaste.

The tart wood elements stick to the palate, the subtle sharpness gives the finish a plump warmth and an earthy walnut aroma. Dark and harsh, the echo of the last Aufbäumen begins and then sounds very slow and leisurely with a subtly sharp and earthy wooden walnut note.
