    Color: White Wine

Nice nose, the rest is not a revelation, but it becomes clear what Littlemill has on it. Had fit well in the UCF Collection. 85P
    • Nose
Grappa? Something wrong with my glasses? ... Nee, artificial Haribo pineapple note, lime, freshly mown grass. Sweet, almost rotten pear, oatmeal. You have to keep your nose deeper into the glass, air is also needed, but weak is different. Lemon ice cream. Elderflower syrup.
    • Taste
Thin, alcohol is well present for 46%, lime juice and oatmeal, some mint, dry wood. Canned pineapple.
    • Finish
Short. Dry wood, black coffee. Furniture polish. Peach juice.

  2. ColdAesthetics scored this whisky 86 points Connoisseur

Pff, I do not know what to say, Littlemill No. 249024 is really ok, but anyway not my style and nothing special has.
    • Nose
Almonds, vanilla, hay, coconut, bright fruits, dry banana, oak chips, grasses and dry herbs in between
    • Taste
Banana, coconut, almonds, marzipan and pale malt, vanilla, lavender, baby and toast, cinnamon and young oak, looks like a 14-16y
    • Finish
Banana with shell, pepper, coconut, almonds, medium-long

    blind tasting
I like it very much because it's different.
    • Nose
sweet with a tart note, bright fruits, ripe bananas, vanilla, wood and furniture polish, grass / herbs.
    • Taste
creamy, peppery spiciness, sweet and fruity, herbs, vanilla yoghurt with apple pieces. Somehow dirty.
    • Finish
long and spicy with some coffee.

Tip: I like the finish best
    - Speyside
    - 43 to 46%
    - 17 to 21 years
    - Bourbon Cask
    • Nose
Almond milk, oily, yellow fruits, pears and mangoes, lemons, like a summery cocktail, honey, ripe bananas, floral, while light and sweet throughout
    • Taste
heavy, sweet texture, honeydew melon, with herbs, quite woody
    • Finish
rather long, initially with a delicate spiciness, tingling for a long time on the cheeks and at the tip of the tongue

The nose starts with enormous fruit and cereal flavors. In taste, these elements are almost gone, tainted woody notes dominated. A very interesting malt, probably with a port or Bordeaux finish. Unusual and tasty.
    • Nose
Blind tasting: sweet fermented fruits immediately pour out of the glass. Cereal notes and a typical port nose are also noticeable. The nose becomes slightly sprittig and the alcohol makes itself felt. A touch of glue, then again intense fruit flavors.
    • Taste
Grain notes and now rather tart fruity notes dominate the first impression. Dark wood tones appear before the alcohol strikes with full force. Bizzling and tingling are the result. More and more austere and discreet bitter wood flavors are added, a bit tart fruit and subtle sharpness are now quite present.
    • Finish
With a slight bizzelling and tart fruit and woody notes, the finish begins. Tart and dull aromas now dominate the finish, fruity elements try in vain to push themselves into the foreground. A mixture of bitter wood and bitter walnut taste ends the finish.
