Nose: tar, ash, strong phenols, salty smoke, tobacco, peat and furniture polish. Add some honey with a touch of creme brulee.
Taste: First sweet honey and lemon, then the same thing that the nose has: an insanely peaty-smoky malt. Smoke with smoked bacon, tar and a lot of alcohol.
Finish: After a long, long time, the extreme smoke has disappeared, wood notes and dry tobacco flavors come to light. These give the finish a slightly bitter aftertaste, which is by no means disturbing!
Comment: What a hammer malt! No sound, only smoke and tar.
