    • Nose
Initially quite fresh, on hay and dried flowers, it gives notes of new wood evoking a bourbon, then evolves to deeper notes, wax and caramelized almonds.
    • Taste
A syrupy texture, the bourbon cask is very present with the distinctly noticeable fruity signature of Littlemill (roasted peach). End of mouth on sweet spices.
      With water, more juicy texture.
    • Finish
The spices are oriented towards the clove. Semi-sweet mid-dry sensation that rock side dry in length - which is not huge by the way. The drought is prolonged with little tingling spices that go in all directions.

      Enthusiasm 4/5

      Whisky n ° 2062

A good Littlemill, in line with other good Littlemill out
    these days.
    • Nose
A fruity entry, followed by cereal notes that settle
comfortably in the foreground afterwards. Honey, toast. Very nice nose, very sweet, very greedy. Unfortunately the strength of the scents fades sharply after a quarter of an hour.
    • Taste
A taste of Petit Beurre. It's sweet first, then go on
the tart. Sweet cereals are appearing. Alcohol well integrated.
    • Finish
Long enough. Pastry cream and honey, then for a long time tingling that lingers for a long time on the tongue and palate.

A lot of spices (cloves and cinnamon) and orange, a little honey, vanilla, peach. Powerful and honeyed attack, the development brings tannins. Powerful final but of medium length.

    • Nose
Dry fruit, a little green apple and vanilla. A very playful nose.
    • Taste
On a background of humus, almond and honey. Even wax. A little peach and spices. The power of alcohol is felt. A little encaustic.
    • Finish
      Rather long, peppery enough. Sandalwood.

A little smoke, ash develops in the nose with aeration.
    • Nose
almonds, and not a little! Remember these tubes of glue in the color blue and smelling marzipan! Kamol balm, camphor (cloakroom). A lot of fruits. Softwoods. Bourbon first fill? Sherry? No indication of it was used on the label ...
    • Taste
Fruity explosiveness. Almond paste, pepper, menthol.
    • Finish
a little too short for my taste. A hint of oak bitterness just right.
