the nose is first alcoholic, but that is also possible because he has been in the bottle for so long and is very happy that he is allowed out. I then let him get a few minutes and warmed him up on the hand, then the Sherrytones came out of the alcohol. Even with a drop of water, it remains a pretty mouthful of clearly perceptible alcohol. But of course that is also the first recorded by the far / palate. after that, a sweet dry taste remains that sherry lovers often find so pleasant. Although the sherry does not necessarily prevail, it is certainly present. And it also stays for a while with a nice warm mouthfeel. almetal certainly an asset in the cupboard next to the other benrinnessen. I do not know if benrinnes on a sherry vessel is very rare, but in my closet it is currently the only one besides a number of benrinnessen on bourbon barrels.
