- Very light and watery. ABV is way to low....
- it´s much better than I remembered it. still nothing I would buy.
very fresh nose, grassy, slightly malty, apples, orange juice, vanilla. the grain is integrated very harmoniously.
thin mouthfeel, although the arrival is very full.
very spicy and malty, sweet on danish pastry, vanilla, cinnamon.
relatively long, the grain comes a bit through.
spicy and getting dry slowly.
- [January, 2005] Finally I emptied a bottle that I bought for 25,50 Euro in September, 2004.
In my old rating system (ten scales that translate into WB points: 50 - 66 - 75 - 80 - 82,5 - 85 - 87,5 - 90 - 92,5 - 95) I scored it 82,5. My notes state "an ordinary blend, nothing else"...
- Well balanced and dangerously drinkable whisky. No complexity at all though.
Lots of freshness of yellow apples, lychees and pineapples. Pear drops. Later on also hints of organge skin and lemon. Flowery notes of peach blossom and freesias.
Light and easy. Quity fruity but more on the bitter grapefruit side. Kiwi. Light cedar wood. Biscuits. Honeysucle. A toch of chives. Sweet barley at the background.
Medium long and dry. A little white pepper. White chocolate. Salted almonds at the end.
