Glenlossie has since become one of my faves, this one is a little sharp and still bready. It's a little immature, but then again it appears to be a refill bourbon hosghead... maybe many many refills.
Bright and fresh, hard candied and oat porridge. Hints of white tea and some tannic bitterness, herbal and a little sharp.
Bright and fresh. Herbal tea, tannic and a bit simple, but a nice easy drinking dram. Doughy and pasties, a touch of brine and a bit more floral as it opens.
Short, fresh oak and sawn pine and hints of tea leaves. Short and sweet, nothing here to write home about... but tasty and drinkable.
