Nose: Fresh, maritime mixture of lemons, limes, sea salt and hints of delicious vanilla. Sweet, ripe apples, mirabelle plums, marzipan and dry cardboard, with an intense peaty smoky note.
Taste: In the first second still quite restrained with the notes from the nose. But then it turns on: The spice is voluminous - salt, pepper, green olives, apple compote, peat smoke and tartier accents. Mighty creamy in the second part. With a wide mouthfeel it goes into the finish.
Finish: Rather medium-long - soft, dry-peaty and with decaying spice. Vanilla, cardboard, herbs, some honey and broken smoke. Only the dry peat echoes on the tongue for a long time.
Remark: The second part of the taste makes you want more!
