Nose: Smoky, salty fruit notes with underlaid peat. Very fresh and fruity with juicy oranges and limes. Added some leather, vanilla, honey, caramel and butter. Class!
Taste: The first impression is dull and salty. Pickled fruits with a lot of spicy sherry, smoky peat, nut aromas and some oak. Sweet honey and caramel again for the transition.
Finish: nice and long. Salt, peat and smoke with underlaid fruit notes and nut aromas (walnut). Towards the end dulling, but only very little wood.
