    • Nose
      Initially direct and frank, we glide quickly to an aromatic peat giving a little on the rubber. We also have ripe caressing fruit that gives a nice roundness that is installed more and more. He reminds me of some Springbank.
    • Taste
      What a beautiful fruit! Sparkling spices! Moderate peat. A honeyed hair. What a balance! Everything fits perfectly. The texture is more fluid with the addition of water. I still prefer the thickness he had without.
    • Finish
      Completely consistent with the mouth on fruits and spices. It does not dry while the peat takes on aromatic herbs. What a good moment!

    N- Intertwined eucalyptus' pine scents with mineral and salts. Lemon butter with fresh citrus smokes, soft wool and cut grass. Evolved well and open up after a while, more decay and muddy sea sands revealed with soft rubbery peat, burnt tire and oak resin note. Playful sweet gummy, white pepper, and brine green olives.

    P- Richly boiled sweet herbs and spices, the small pinch of salts are well complemented with super dry and grassy oaks. Bold with rush of strength and rising smokes.

    F- Long, smooth with instant waxy coat, follow by warm and chewy white grape skins, dry, burnt grass and well spicy. Full flavours and well matured strength.

    A very good peaty mole, the age already makes itself felt, the smoke and peat are smoothed out, on the whole tightly knocked down, solid, good in flavor, taste / finish more victorious, but do not lag behind;
    • Nose
      Open, dry, peat, smoke, lemon peels, still warm coals of a burnt fire, bandages, iodine, odors dressing, some disinfectant, weak resin notes, shoe cream, light herbal shades, candy.
    • Taste
      Powerful, rich, oily, peat, scorched branches, lemon zest, ginger, lemon syrup, lemon pepper, tropical fruits, pineapple;
    • Finish
      Sour-sweet, warming, peat, lemon peel, citrus fruits, lemon pepper, light notes of mountain ash;
