  2. Mannix65 scored this whisky 87 points Connoisseur

nice fruity everyday dram, use only a little water
    • Nose
Mills, glue, peach, bubble bath, vanilla, cream pudding with banana, with water, it tends more to papaya and maple syrup
    • Taste
Peach with notes of varnish, lots of vanilla and blossom honey, a few drops of water make it creamy, gentle and dangerously tasty
    • Finish
      fruity, creamy, short

  3. BottleBox scored this whisky 86 points Expert Junior

Very nice bourbon cask whisky. Unfortunately, no flavors that distinguish him from a bourbon (at first I almost thought I had a very good bourbon in my glass). With some Brennereieigenem character would be a 90/100
    • Nose
Honey banana, grated coconut, peach, vanilla, cinnamon
    • Taste
Peach with cinnamon scattered, in the finish (on the teeth) very much coconut. The whole covered with custard and meadow honey. The banana is only discreetly in the background
    • Finish
Strong, full-bodied, but strongly sloping. After that, gentle and aromatic

  4. alectron scored this whisky 84 points Connoisseur

    • Nose
sweet & creamy but also somewhat artificial sweetness, vanilla soap, licorice allsorts, wood spices, tobacco, behind all the vanilla sweetness some fruits, lemon, apples,  (83)
Later: vanilla keeps it's creamyness and seem to develop some butterscotch & nutty notes as well and feels less artificial after a bit. (86)
Much later: mealy mirabelles and a touch metallic. (84)
    • Taste
sweet & creamy but with a brief sour & bitter touch upfront, pears/eau de vie, somewhat yeasty/dough-y and some cardboard/sawdust occasionally as well as shaving foam.  (82)
Later: cardboard & yeastyness seems to disappear, vanilla, sweet & creamy increases. (86)
    • Finish
creamy vanilla/custard, nuts, butterscotch, buttered popcorn, some eucalyptus in the back, a nice prickle to it with a nice long fade out. The bitterness from the palate seems to stick around occasionally. (85)
