    Very strong one BenRiach
    • Nose
      92 92
      Smell: rich floral, apple, raisin and slightly smoked, do not feel like 48 degrees of wine, to be more intense! There is also a scent of cream cake, even with some sherry barrels, it is estimated that this is a very dynamic bourbon barrel, slightly aggressive;
    • Taste
      89 89
      Entrance: rich toffee, with bacon for eating oil, sweet malt, vanilla, aroma of a pipe that has just been burnt, roasted nuts, and the back to the dry taste;
    • Finish
      89 89
      End rhyme: malt, floral, creamy grape cake, very sweet taste, creamy chocolate, almonds and nuts.

    BenRiach 1979/2012 32yo Adelphi for THREE RIVERS 70cl 48.4% vol. Refill Bourbon Cask, Cask No.515, 78btls.Three Rivers This is because Adelphi is easy to read bottle description. BenRiach! Well, Three Rivers itself can be anything, but will it entertain you with Adelphi? Color: A feeling of gamble of plenty sherry, but a different sign from BenRiach, which is too common and overwhelming.Nose: Munmun scent of Japanese style sweetness that is comparatively hard! This is after all Adelphi? Attack: Sherry beam, which is pretty strong, but no rank! From rice oil gish, nuance such as rice balls with plenty of sauce. Also as it is eating, the sauce is spilling, it is tough to spill the hands! Body: Body: It is not as heavy as color, but the feeling of liberating movement is unique with BenRiach? Taste: a bitter discreet chocolate. After a Japanese dark ice cream, over time the alcoholic feeling gets mixed with chocolate flavored Mont Blanc, persimmon with expiration expiration! Fallen heating melted on floor heating! BenRiach with delicacy like such an egg is also not good! Fiinish: Cocoa powder spills over the floor, brings toffee and Stollen, surprisingly beautiful finish! It is also delicious that the faint purple pickled pickles will soak in Juwat. Beach! Is BenRiach also good? Occasionally, Ben Riach of astringent is also nice, anyone who drinks whisky at Fashion, whichever you like, whisky must drink with passion! With passion! With drinking pleasures that I liked recently, it has become a cup full of tastes that let me drink easily. https://whisky2010.usukeba.com/u/whisky2010/1fyharsiuys8v7

    Tasting Notes by Adelphi;

    1 of only 171 bottles from cask no. 515

    Drawn from a very active ex-Bourbon American oak barrel, this elderly Benriach has a mellow, rounded nose, with rum and raisin ice cream to the fore; juicy fruit salad (with some orange, melon, pear) behind, and hair lacquer and warm vinyl in the background, with perhaps a trace of sweet tobacco. A typical, very mature, Speyside nose. Fresh and appetising. Drinks well at full strength: sweet, lightly drying, with walnuts in the taste, it is  sweet overall, with an aged mustiness in the aftertaste; water enhances the mouth-feel, reduces the sweetness and introduces an attractive spiciness. Now the aftertaste is of sugared almonds, walnuts and vanilla ice cream.
