Nose: notes of heather, butter, citrus, peach, light malt.
Taste: Sweet peaches, melon, mango. banana, pear, apricots. All fruits are nicely combined with notes of mid.
Rating: 89 | 100 - A fairly long finish with a fruity aroma. Generally, this item is worth trying, it is very pleasantly complex and tastes very interesting. The person trying it will not regret trying it.

    Excellent dram!
    • Nose
Oranges, orange rooiboos tea (cream orange by Ronnefeld), little hint of varnish. Then fried apples, roasted raisins, sweet, warm. Notes of honey, oak wood and a cinnamon somewhere in the bacground
    • Taste
Spicy at first, warm wood and sweetness of raisins, cherry marmelade. A bit peppery thanks to wood. Some alcohol taste, but covered with earthy taste, little bit like Talisker(?). After a while sweet again, like baked rice with apples.
    • Finish
Long finish bring associatons with fried plums jam, apple pie with crumble, delicate hints of malt and lots of spices.

Rhaaa, I love this ultra waxy! Yum, yum! And if not, the contribution of the finish Sherry seems minimalist, I would not have even detected blind. But I suppose he had to bring something, so that the whole thing is so good!
    • Nose
Very much on candle wax; that is what strikes first by its magnitude. And so much the better, because the "waxy" is a marker that I really like about Clynelish. Behind this wax hides a beautiful fruit composed of green apple, white grapes and a few drops of lemon. A very slight dried flower smoke appears after aeration.
    • Taste
The fruitiness takes over. Sour apple and lemon. Grape syrup, almost thick and unctuous. The wax is here more discreet, even if still perceptible in the background.
    • Finish
A peppery explosion occurs on swallowing. The wax is back in force in the foreground. Fruity smoke appears in retro-olfaction.

A really nice, quite typical Clynelish. Malt Hans gets it right to the point. If only a little more power and density in the middle mouth ...
    Good P / L.

Peaty and fruity aroma, heather honey,

sultanas, lime, vanilla and grass. Vanilla sweet taste, cardamom, mint,

almonds, mango, honey and malt. Long, spicy, fruity and malty end.
