The nose reminds me of a rye whisky, which should
come as nor surprise. Some dried fruit (raisins and dades) and candied sugar.
But also something that reminds me of carton.
It is sweet and creamy on the palate, starts off juicy
but then dries quickly. Again loads of rye. If I had tried this blind, I would
have confused it for an American whisky. Spicy on nutmeg and cloves. Hints of
The finish is more of the same, but does allow the
fruit the final word.
