- Hm .. difficult to judge. I love this metallic Jodnote, but I think that's not for everyone. By the way, does not need water!
Iodine, iron, salt, some sweet fruit
Smoke, iron, lemon, ashes, oak, liquorice
Medium and metallic
- Good cask selection by the Bruichladdies. Thanks Teun for the sample!
Smoked ham (I like that!). Notes of gunpowder and leather. Slightly rubbery. Old charcoal ashes. Also sulphur, but not at an annoying level.
Fresh peat intermingled with some juicy oak. Roasted notes and espresso coffee. Sweet-sour associations of horse stabels. Hints of sherry as well?
Medium long. Quite clean. Smokiness. Tarry. Kelp and liquorice. It's all very well balanced in my modest opinion.
- I really like these guys, but only for lovers of sulphur.
