    • Nose
      Dark, slightly dirty gold

A really nice bourbon nose. Neat vanilla and fruit sweetness. A very nice wood aroma comes to it. Something slightly bitter is added to it. Smells like roses for me.
With a little time in the glass, the fruit becomes clearer. A juicy peach spreads. And sweet grapes. Some marzipan. The opposite pole is a delicate lemon.
      A very pleasant, nice nose.
    • Taste
Creamy onset. Then immediately sweet cider. Honey and herbs. Chocolate and sweetish, instant lemon tea. Since the taste reminds me just brutally. The alcohol is present, but does not bother me. It even brings a lot of power.
With the second sip, the seasoning becomes clearer. But also more vanilla and cereals. Significantly lighter-colored than the first sip.
    • Finish
Long. Neat pepper. But also a very nice fruit sweetness. Slight bitterness.

Good but a bit heated for me.

    • Nose
Bubblegum and tropical fruit sweetness. Pineapple, mango, and candied
floss. A little vanilla and malt as well. Seems like the sort of thing
that one drizzles on pie or vanilla ice cream. Gooseberries! A wisp of
tart fruit and candy away in typical ex-bourbon notes. (with water) more
sweetness and sweet vanilla and sugary honey. Less clearly fruity.
      Still nice.
    • Taste
Sweet and massively syrupy. Honey and pepper. Some ash and wax from the
wood, which becomes bigger and bigger as it goes. Lemon and some fruit
as well, maybe some of the same barley and sugar bits as well. (with
water) some of the big woodiness is tamed, but about the same.
    • Finish
This is good, and it has some good things going on. There's a lot of dry
wood - well integrated - but if you don't like wood, this may not be
your thing. I'd have liked more development and flavors, but it was nice
      all the same.
