    • Nose
Sweet, light glue note. Ne distinct, bitter walnut. Moist hay, a breeze of pepper. Toasted bread with butter. Some sour citrus notes. Reminds me somehow of sour chips from Haribo. The colleague smells "full" and tight. A medical note is in the background. The different types of fruit are so close to each other that I do not get them especially auseinder.
    • Taste
Acidic, bitter onset. There's the walnut. The sweet and sour pommes from Haribo is also at the start. Buzzing on the tongue. But an oily, dense mouthfeel. The fruit salad of bright, ripe fruits is spreading. Citrus notes always there. The pepper (seasoning) comes to it.
    • Finish
Medium sour, bitter. Reminiscent of espresso with a shot of lemon. But always nice and oily.

The spirit and cask are symbiotic!A solide 87, if it wasn't for a little bitter in the initial aftertaste, it would be 88/89.

This was my first Littlemill and I liked it. I can confirm all the bees wax comments.Tasted a glass from Jurgen at the WFNN 2015.

Just in the glass, just my impressions:

White wine - few medium-thick legs, which run irregularly.

A small fruit basket that opens up. Fresh fruit salad dominated by grapefruit. Alcohol good - very good - integrated. Over time, a grassy note pushes more into the foreground without taking command. I also make waxy notes.

Again, this bottling starts immediately with grapefruit, so extreme I had never had this note at a dram. Something bitter - "Bitter Lemon Touch: D" - the alcohol on the tongue now more noticeable without really getting uncomfortable. The waxy tone comes here again very quickly to light. Over time, floral notes are added.

Medium long, supported by the grapefruit, also here floral notes.

    With water:

While it takes a bit of "sharpness" (which is not unpleasant), I would do without it.

Nice bottling with your own character, one of the better littlemills (I have not really gotten warm with them so far). I could even imagine buying it (more than one sample).

Nose: First a strong attack of alcohol, then a little iodine. After
    to have a little let it deaer, full of aromas arrive and succeed one another;
especially fruits and spices. It feels very good, but always a preponderant presence of alcohol.

mouth: No attack of alcohol as I expected, but ... not
big thing actually. Very little taste. It's very light, very discreet.
Then a peppery note. A very strong finish on the alcohol,

In short, a nose much more attractive than the mouth that I was very disappointed.
