It's a (3rd - 4th)refill oak and for one I thought it was European Oak, but now I'm not so sure. It might be American oak used in the sherry industry.
Fruity, aromatic, it stimulates the nose, light notes of vanilla, warm and Summer has arrived, some floral notes and the sherry arrives a little bit later.
Creamy on the palate with a lovely spicyness, some sweet notes like caramel and sherry notes are kicking in.
Very smooth, warm, lingers and some woodspices.
