First, fruit salad. Later, strong sherry, cane sugar, raisins, dark chocolate. Nut flavors removed in the background.
For 57.6% a very soft start. Then the alcohol turns on (but pleasant) and brings a wealth of flavors with it. Very hard to define. A beautiful Sherry sweet with malt aromas and oriental spices. It's getting bitter now, but not overly.
The finish is long and creamy, with a delicate bitterness.
- Very unusual and therefore special. Strong sea flavors with 20 years storage time in the first fill sherry barrel.
Heavy sherry, very salty, algae, seaweed, but also musty, dusty. Dried fruit. Leather, pipe tobacco.
Dried fruits, seaweed, dry and oily.
Medium long, dark chocolate.
