Great punch, but perhaps a drop of water is wise.

Wow, big attack on the nose. Be carefull, this one punches! From the start; some chillies with glue. 'Maggi' sauce from the Netherlands. Otherwise salty beef broth. Let it breath for a while...
Dark cacao, pure dark chocolate, leather, almond, tobacco all very dry. The beef broth still remains and gives it an umami twist. Even some cabbage.
Coffee, wood, mocha, brown sugar and some praline.
With water more herbals less chilli. -
Again, what a big dram. A few drops gives it a mouthfull of red pepper.
Off course the dark chocolate, cacao and brown sugar agian. Now with raisins, dates and hazelnut. With water less in your face and more drinkable. -
This one stays hot in your mouth. Bitter oak, kardemon, Demerara Sugar.
The finish with water is way better with a nice warm feeling with herbs and spices.
