There is a lot in it: oak, light pepper, campfire smoke, figs in fried bacon, fine herbs, a hint of aniseed and always a touch of cinnamon. Slightly bitter and still citrus always sweet! ... of the 25 drams in the balance one of the great ones so far, respect. It should never be empty. Wow.
The seasoning from the wood and the fine peat smoke allow it to fade away for a medium to long time. I'm not a smoke lover, but I still think it's really "delicious". A must for non-smoky fans too! Everyone should have tried it. This whisky shows how it can work if everything fits!
