Nose: overripe fruit, apples and a bit of pear. It's like these fruit are starting to produce alcohol by itself. The alcohol is present and asks for some water.
Getting fresher and nicer over time, giving some spices and a hint of vanilla from the oak
Taste: Soft arrival, dispite the abv. sweet fruit. full and oily. Then a bit of oak comes in, wich brings some nice spicyness also.
Finish: fairly long, Mostly oak, but some sweets keep it from getting dry or to bitter. Turns a little bit sour at the end.
Overall: Great balance. The different subtle flavour balance each other out so you can enjoy them without one taking the lead and becomes to overpowering.
This bottle goes bad rather quickly. The whisky turns harsh. Below 80pnt now...
