Nose

At first...some fruit and alcohol. After a few minutes sharp alcohol and nice fruity tones (apricot, apples and a bit banana). After tasting, oak and vanilla. It will not surprise me if this is a refill sherry cask, because I smell raisins and spices too. After more time, the smell gets 'heavier' and clearer. If the glass is almost empty I smell more wood tones, slightly smoky and wet rocks (minerals).

Taste

Pretty sweet tones and spices.

Finish

Long and liquorice.
