  1. lincolnimp scored this whisky 85 points Connoisseur

This has a grassy, biscuit nose with hints of white fruits.
The palate is really sweet with traces of peat, hints of lemon, butter cream and wafer.
Gets creamier with air and there is a nice spice note with a long sweet spicy finish.
This is decent stuff my only gripe is that it is a little thin on the palate but very different to later Laddie bottlings.
    Worth trying for sure

    "A no-age-statement distillery-bottled Bruichladdich from the 1970s, when

the distillery was owned by Invergordon distillers."
