- Nose: Sweet, with wee balsamic. Raisins dipped in liquor. Wood. Cherries kirsch, and hints of smoke.
Palate: Starts bitter sweet with quite some wood. Coconut, on top of apple crumble, some smoke. Menthol and Ginger, Getting sweeter.
Finish: raisins. Dry. Cocoa cigar leaves, and oak.
A very interesting ‘Bunny’ quite complex and enjoyable. Price point is also not bad and at CS this is a really addition to any whisky bar. Very nice.
Sweet with notes of balsamic vinegar, raisins, Kirch, oak vat, hay, rose petals, malt and soft smoke
Bittersweet with oak, coconut, apple crumble, vanilla, Demerara sugar, citrus, menthol, ginger and a little smoke.
Medium long and dry with raisins, anise, cigar and oak barrels.
