Wow, very complex. Don´t really know where to start. Lots of sherry, that even overtakes the 57%vol. Quite some peat smoke, that has become very complex over the years. Smoked meat. The cask is dominant over the distillery character. You can smell the salty sea.
Overwhelming! Veeery sweet, mouth coating. Peat getting stronger now. Lots of oak. Kinda malty. Overripe, fermented dark fruits. Bitter chocolate. Quite some sulfur.
Long finish, staying sweet and warming. Just a little dry. Not bitter at all.
