- Nice young GlenDronach, but just a few years extra would have completed the picture. 85/86.
And yes Bastogne cookies are from Belgium, but I wrote that down in a blind tasting :-)
Toffee, Bastogne cookie, cherry, chili pepper, orange, peach and malt.
Cherry, toffee, Bastogne cookie, pepper and nutmeg.
Cherry, brown sugar, toffee, orange and spice.
- nose: Benriach-style, red fruits, rhubarb bitter
taste: lots of alcohol (needs water), sweet
tasted with Elixer

- N: syrup, lot`s of vanilla and sugar, pastry, summer fruits, rhubarb and later vegetable soup
T: starts a bit bitter, bitter candy`s orange and later very sweet again the sugar
F: sugar, spicy and grains
